If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us.  Include your requested changes, along with the order confirmation number. We will always do our best to satisfy your needs. 

RETURNS
**Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. ** 

Any item can be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. 
a. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. 
b. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges.
c. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.
d. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
e. Open products are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your invoice and order confirmation number. Be sure to include a note as to why you are returning the item(s). Should you wish to exchange the item(s), please include the product(s) you would prefer instead by listing the name and item number.
