How did Makondo Pets get started?
Makondo was founded by a family of animal lovers - veterinarians and pet parents - and continues as a family-owned business to this day. Visit the About Us page to learn more.

What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm EST, but our products are available online 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
